Camera Controls
Orbit, pan, zoom, and switch between perspective and top-down views.
Orbit (Default)
- Left-click + drag — Rotate the camera around the pitch.
- Scroll wheel — Zoom in and out.
- Right-click + drag — Pan the camera horizontally.
This is the default mode when you open the visualizer. Use it to get a 3D perspective view of your scenario.
Top-Down View
- Click the camera toggle button (top-right) to switch to orthographic top-down view.
- This gives you a flat tactical-board perspective, ideal for precise positioning.
- Click again to return to perspective view.
Tip: Top-down view is perfect for aligning players in formations. Switch back to perspective to preview how it looks in 3D.
Navigation Modes
The visualizer offers two navigation modes:
- Orbit — Rotates around a central point. Best for 3D viewing.
- Pan — Moves the camera laterally without rotating. Best for scanning across a wide pitch.
Toggle between them using the mode buttons in the top-right area.
Reset Camera
Click the Reset Camera button to return to the default position — a 3/4 angle view centered on the pitch midpoint.

Touch Devices
On touch devices, use one finger to orbit and two fingers to pan and zoom. All camera movement is gesture-based — there are no keyboard shortcuts for camera control.
