By signing up for a KickViz account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

KickViz offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled at our discretion; contact support for assistance.

4. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier users may save up to 3 scenarios. Scenario search, scenario sharing, and receiving shared scenarios are Premium features. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits in the future.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all teams, scenarios, and other content you create on KickViz. You can export your data as JSON files at any time. You grant KickViz a limited license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KickViz for any unlawful purpose, not to upload malicious content, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep KickViz available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KickViz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
